For security purposes, there are limits on the frequency and amount of transfers you can make using ATMs and Point of Sale services.

Debit Card Limits on Frequency and Amount:

  • ATM Withdrawals: You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 per day (Personal ATM Cards) or $300 per day (Business ATM Cards) at an ATM, as long as you have sufficient funds in your account.
  • Point-of-Sale Purchases: You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,500.00 of goods and services per day.

There are two ways to open an account. You can visit any NexTier Bank location or open select Deposit Accounts online.

1. You’ll need to bring a form of government issued photo ID, like a valid Driver’s License or Passport.

2. Tax ID Number, Date of Birth, & Current Address

There are several ways to order checks. You can visit any NexTier Bank location, call our Customer Care team at 1.800.262.1088, or order directly from our partner, Deluxe online.

To activate your debit card, call 1.800.992.3808.

Or, log into the NexTier Mobile App, tap on “Cards” on the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Activate Card” on the debit card image. Call the number directly with your physical card in-hand.
